  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

    • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

    • Items that are personalized or custom-made.

  • Digital or downloadable products we offer in smartphone applications.

  • Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price, only if specified as 'non-refundable' at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support at contact@brachistalog.com.

  • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to the policies and processing times of the respective payment processor after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
